Welcome to Shepherd Institute Blossom. By enrolling in any of our programs, accessing our services, or making any payment, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to maintain academic standards, transparency, and fairness for all students.
 
1. Admission and Enrollment
  • Admission is granted based on the information provided by applicants during registration.
  • The institution reserves the right to verify all submitted credentials and documents.
  • Any false information may lead to withdrawal of admission without notice.


2. Fees and Payment Policy

  • All tuition and related fees must be paid into the official school account only.
  • All payments made to the school are strictly non-refundable, whether the student completes the program or withdraws voluntarily.
  • Students must complete full payment of tuition fees before they are allowed to sit for graduation examinations.
  • Registration fees, examination fees, and certificate fees are separate from tuition fees. The examination fee is payable by any student who does not attend an exam in person as scheduled. Fees are determined by school management at the time.
  • Students are advised to confirm program and fee details before making payments.


3. Academic Participation

  • Students are required to attend lectures, complete assignments, and actively participate in assessments.
  • It is compulsory for all students to sit for their examinations personally. Anyone failing to do so will be liable to pay the applicable exam fee as determined by school management.
  • Failure to meet academic requirements may affect graduation eligibility.


4. Certification and Authentication

  • Certificates are issued only to students who successfully complete program requirements, including academic and financial obligations.
  • Before graduation, students must complete the authentication form on the official school website.
  • Students should receive their Student ID Card, which is required to generate a Graduation Alumni ID Card.


5. Graduation Documentation Process

After receiving their certificates, it is mandatory for students to complete the graduation documentation process as follows:

  • a: Visit a photo studio.
  • b: Wear a graduation gown.
  • c: Hold the certificate prominently in front.
  • d: Send the photograph to the school via the official WhatsApp number or email.
  • Failure to comply may affect graduation recognition in school records and alumni documentation.


6. Student Conduct

  • Students must maintain respectful behavior toward staff, instructors, and fellow students.
  • Any form of misconduct, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.


7. Examination Policy

  • Students must follow all examination rules and present required identification or admit cards.
  • Examination malpractice may lead to disqualification.


8. Institutional Rights

  • The school reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, policies, or fees when necessary for academic or administrative reasons.
  • Updates will be communicated through official channels.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • The institution provides training and certification but does not guarantee employment.
  • Students are responsible for complying with any external professional or regulatory requirements related to their career.


10. Agreement

  • By registering or making payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
